Credit Purchases

All purchases of credits (used to generate mantra posters) are non-refundable.

Please ensure you have reviewed the credit packages carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Unused or partially used credits
  • Accidental purchases of credit packs
  • Credit packs bought during discounts or promotions

We do not offer refunds for any digital product delivered through our poster creation tool once credits have been consumed.

Duplicate or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe you were charged in error, made a duplicate purchase, or experienced a payment issue, please contact our support team. We will investigate the case and issue a refund only if a genuine payment error occurred.
